Incorrect Address

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and product.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
No additional customs fees apply for deliveries within the EU.
