These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between the company and any person making a purchase on this website.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all sales made via the website.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.
3. Products
Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.
However, minor differences (color, packaging, or appearance) may occur.
Product availability is subject to stock. In case of unavailability after an order, the customer will be informed and refunded.
4. Prices

The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are invoiced based on the price at the time of the order.
5. Orders
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

6. Payment
Payments are secured and processed via Shopify and its payment partners (card, PayPal, etc.).
The seller does not store customers’ banking information.
7. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

France: 5–10 business days

Europe: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on carriers or external factors.
If the order is not delivered within 30 days, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund in accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code.
8. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to withdraw without justification.
Return conditions:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
9. Returns and Refunds
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must contact support within 48 hours and provide evidence (photos/videos).

10. Legal Warranty
Products benefit from:

The seller cannot be held responsible for:

Delivery delays caused by carriers or external events
Liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Customer data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the store’s Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, design) is protected and may not be reproduced without authorization.
14. Force Majeure
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond their control (strikes, weather, pandemics, transport disruptions, etc.).
15. Disputes and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the customer should first contact customer service to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer may also use a consumer mediation service.
